Please give 24 hours notice if you can’t make your appointment. I know that life gets in the way sometimes and it’s easy to cancel or reschedule your own appointment online. Failure to do this will result in a 50% charge to your account which will need to be paid before further bookings can be taken. If you don’t turn up at all without prior notice, the full amount of the appointment will be required. New clients will be required to pay a non refundable booking fee before the first appointment is confirmed, this booking fee can be carried over once if you move your appointment, after that it will be retained.
